As a life coach, facilitator and leadership development consultant, I specialise in personal growth. I work with people as a life coach one-on-one and over the phone via the internet. I also coach and facilitate in the corporate arena, and deliver retreat centre personal development programmes.

• I specialise in Humanistic, Transpersonal and Positive Psychology and offer a psychological dimension to my practice where appropriate
• I hold a BA (2:1) and a Post-Graduate Certificate In Education from Oxford University

My background is in management consulting and I previously was a teacher and senior manager in education.
