realisation that they need to do something about it. Or things

tolerances of anger and pressure and to identify where pressure
may be causing you or others damage if not constructively
addressed. I also help you see where you are creating anger and
stress and develop strategies to change
things. Fundamentally, I aim to help you
develop a positive response to your emotions and pressure that
turns your life and work around.

anger and stress and develop ways to manage it and
enhance your health and wellbeing
- Understand and develop ways to manage the
psychological components through utilising
the skills of emotional intelligence
- Develop an awareness of the causes of
what is happening and how you can resolve it

strategies to avoid future problems
- Create new ways of thinking and
perceiving that can positively alter your approach
and impact your relationships with others for the
better
