Anger and stress is frequently something people live with till something happens to jolt them into reality and into the realisation that they need to do something about it. Or things happen around them and they either ask themselves "Is this something to do with me?" or people tell them that it is! Is this happening to you?

In another way, it is an opportunity to heal your life and discover that you can utilise the energy in your for a far more positive and creative outcome, where you don't harm yourself or others and become a creative force for good.

I also help you see where you are creating anger and stress and develop strategies to change things.   • Acknowledge the physical component in anger and stress and develop ways to manage it and enhance your health and wellbeing
  • Understand and develop ways to manage the psychological components through utilising the skills of emotional intelligence
  • Develop an awareness of the causes of what is happening and how you can resolve it
  • Develop self-management skills and strategies to avoid future problems
  • Create new ways of thinking and perceiving that can positively alter your approach and impact your relationships with others for the better

As a result, you will potentially be able to evolve a whole new approach to your life that enhances it for the better.
