Peace in your Heart
Learn to de-stress your life, reduce anxiety and manage your “ego moments”. You can calm your mind, put on
one side your inner chatter, and connect with your true Self. Then you gradually awaken joy in your
heart, bring it into your life and infuse your whole life with inner peace and new purpose and meaning.
This journey in the art of discovering inner contentment aims to help you learn to

We will combine sessions of teaching and discussion with meditation, NLP visualisation, laughter yoga,
small-group and paired work, and self-awareness coaching. The course introduces a whole way of being that
integrates eastern yogic philosophy and western transpersonal psychology to help you on your journey to manifest a
calm, fully aware and balanced way of life.
