Peace in your Life

What can so often distract us from our contentment are seemingly the things, situations and people that we encounter in our daily lives. Yet if we can hold true to ourselves and our awareness of Who we Are, things can be different.

In this companion workshop to “Peace in your Heart”, we will explore how you can sustain inner peace in daily life. This course will help you to

  • Learn to be fully present and connected to your inner Self in everyday situations
  • Be more aware of your “ego moments” when they occur  and be more able to manage them
  • Understand the nature of the Shadow parts of ourselves that we see reflected in others
  • Utilise Witness consciousness in managing and shifting your state
  • Learn how you can release yourself from your limiting patterns
  • Use the power of intention and stay “on purpose”

We will be using teaching input, experiential work, NLP visualisation, laughter yoga, meditation, music, small-group and paired work, and self-awareness coaching. The course will draw both on yogic philosophy and practice and western transpersonal psychology. This will help you to develop your powers of Awareness and become more able to live harmoniously with others and manifest your vision in daily life.
